What data we collect
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and message content. This data is processed by JotForm (our data processor) and forwarded to our email inbox. JotForm is only loaded with your cookie consent.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing without your explicit consent.
Data retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.

What cookies we use
This site uses one first-party cookie: bf_lang, which stores your language preference (EN or ES). This cookie does not track you across other sites and contains no personal data.
We also store a consent flag (bf_cookie_consent) in localStorage so we don't show the consent banner repeatedly.
Third-party cookies
The contact form is powered by JotForm, which acts as a data processor on our behalf. JotForm is only loaded after you accept cookies. When you interact with the form, JotForm may set its own cookies subject to JotForm's Privacy Policy. If you decline cookies, the form is not loaded and you can still reach us by email or WhatsApp.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used on this site.
Managing cookies

Beardface Design Co. provides web design and logo design services to individuals and small businesses. All services are described on the relevant service pages of this website.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all rights to final deliverables (website files, logo files) transfer to the client. Beardface Design Co. retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed in writing before work begins. Beardface Design Co. reserves the right to pause or withhold delivery if payment terms are not met.
Revisions
Each service package includes a specified number of consolidated revision rounds as described on the service page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an agreed rate.
Liability
Beardface Design Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered work. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
